Patrick Architects are expert in planning and designing education projects. We have been planning and designing new pedagogy schools since 2006, and each school has variances that we believe will contribute to pioneering advancements in educating young people well into the foreseeable future.

 

Some of our new pedagogy schools have been constructed and occupied and we continue to learn from our post-occupancy visits for the pros and cons of these facilities in order to continue to improve our ongoing design work.

The Patrick Architects team can conduct your project responsibly and efficiently. The paramount document is the educational brief and functional brief. This must include, the learning pedagogy; the allocation of space; the learning areas; the specialist areas; and the size and relationship of these areas. Pioneers in New Pedagogy Learning

In early 2006 we became deeply involved in the new pedagogy of learning and a new and innovative approach to Educational Planning and therefore Facility Planning. We have partnered with Fielding Nair International, world renown Educational Planners, on schools in Launceston, Tasmania; Wellington, New Zealand; and Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

As part of our ongoing effort to stay abreast of the latest research we attend numerous educational seminars in Australia and overseas and frequently visit exemplary schools.
